Lead Consultancy Role - MPSL will take on the Lead Consultancy role providing an informative link between all Consultants and the client, ensuring information for the development is readily available and issued to relevant parties.

Technical Support & Site Supervision - The Design Team will provide varied support for both on-site construction teams and office based staff to ensure any problems and product selection is overcome.

Product Knowledge and Specification - The Design Team is constantly updating its wide s.pectrum of product knowledge and current legislation via attendance at CPD's, Seminars and trade literature subscription.

Integration & Compatibility of Materials - During the vast experience gained through varied projects and construction methods, the MPSL Team has an in depth understanding of the compatibility between varied products and materials to ensure the prevention of defects, yet achieving the desired design and appearance.

Landscaping
MPSL offers landscaping design as an integral part of the architectural process. Within our range of services we include tree surveys & reports, presentation layouts, details designs and digital street scenes to support the planning process.
