
MPSL have been commissioned by Peel to design a mixed-use scheme on the site of an existing chandlery and disused promenade. The proposal includes 24 new apartments, 3 retail units and a new chandlery. The scheme is a vibrant Architectural solution to a difficult site, with an emphasis placed on amenity and bringing the promenade to life.
Work is in progress on this major retail, office, leisure and Hotel development in the tourist town of Matlock. The site is a disused stone quarry and the designs will incorporate stone reclaimed from the site in contemporary designs. Sustainability is a key issue with SUDS and green roofs a factor of the design.
Eddisons on behalf of their clients commissioned MPSL to obtain informed outline planning permission for this mixed use scheme. Included within the proposals are basement car parking, a retail showroom, office space & approximately 38 apartments & associated amenities. The site includes a partly demolished listed building, adding to the challenges set before our planning team.
MPSL have been appointed by Cockshott Properties Ltd and Muse Developments Ltd to submit a Reserved Matters Planning Application for the creation of 60,159 sqft of B1 Office Space at Plot 3000 South Rings Business Park, Bamber Bridge.

MPSL have been appointed by J Waring and Sons Ltd and Muse Developments Ltd to submit a Reserved Matters Planning Application for the creation of 38,433 sqft of B1 & B8 Light industrial space at Plot 7000 South Rings Business Park, Bamber Bridge.
MPSL are the Architect and Planner for this B1 / B8 industrial development at Winnington Ave, Northwich. The scheme provides 118,060 sqft of light industrial unit space divided into 33 units. The scheme also allows for a food retail unit providing facilities for the overall industrial park.
MPSL were the Architect and Planner for this B1 / B8 industrial development in Trafford Park, Manchester. 7 units totalling 60,671 SqFt are currently under construction.
MPSL were commissioned as Architect and Team leaders for this extensive house remodelling in St. Tropez. The construction includes a large basement, swimming pool and basement leisure facility, ground-remodelling and large-scale retaining wall. MPSL have assembled UK and French based contractors; works commenced in January 2010.
MPSL have provided planning and Architectural services for this Full planning application for 122 units at Branch Road, Burnley. The proposal contains a mixture of apartments, semi detached, detached and mews house types. The scheme was approved in November 2009.

MPSL have provided planning and Architectural services for this informed outlined planning application for 172 units with associated linear waterside park. The site forms part of the Stainforth / Hatfield regeneration area and provides key flood defences for the whole area. MPSL have worked closely with Doncaster MBC to promote the scheme as a strategic part of the wider area and approval is expected in the first quarter of 2010.
For this site the brief was simple, contemporary living for an entire family in the heart of Rochdale. MPSL have designed & obtained detailed consent for the 'smithies family dream'.

MPSL have prepared and submitted two residential developments within Eccles. The first proposal, at the Former Dunlop Factory, Cifford Street, includes 54 dwellings, consisting of 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed house types. The second adjacent site is located off Green Street, Eccles. This proposal includes 23 dwellings, consisting of 2–4 bedroomed house types and a 2 bedroomed flat over garage. Client: Fifedale Trading Ltd; First Investments Ltd.
MPSL were instructed as the residential Architect and Planners for the Knowsley road element of this regeneration project. The overall project included the relocation of the famous St Helens Rugby Club into a new stadium, the construction of a Tesco store. The existing rugby club site now has planning permission for 190 houses and apartments with an associated public park.

MPSL were commissioned to design this bespoke luxury property in Poulton. Planning was granted in early 2009 and working drawings are now underway. The house includes a basement swimming pool, cinema and games room together with 5 bedrooms.

MPSL provided planning Architectural and lead Technical Services for Urban i on this prestigious project. The project included refurbishment of the existing listed building with a contemporary extension. A total of 48 apartments are provided, ranging from 1 bed units to 3 bed duplex units. Construction is now completed and all the properties are sold.
MPSL were commissioned to design this residential scheme in Lincoln. The scheme is comprised of 150 2-bedroomed apartments, abutting the River Witham.
